Vendor FAQ & Guide

How do I bulk upload my inventory?

We know that manually typing out hundreds of cards is impossible. That's why our platform is designed to work seamlessly with the scanning apps you already use!

Instead of building a custom scanner, we allow you to use industry-standard apps that do all the heavy lifting (OCR, image recognition, and pricing). Simply scan your cards with your phone, export the list, and upload it here.

Recommended Scanning Apps:

  • TCGplayer App: The industry standard. Scan your stack of cards, click "Export to CSV", and upload that exact file to our site. Our system automatically recognizes the TCGplayer format.
  • Collectr App: A popular portfolio tracker with a great scanner. Scan your collection, export as CSV, and upload.
  • Other Apps (Dragon Shield, Pokellector): Even if the column names are slightly different, our smart CSV uploader lets you map the columns (e.g., telling us which column is the "Name" and which is the "Price").

What is the step-by-step process?

  1. Download the TCGplayer or Collectr app on your phone.
  2. Use your phone's camera to scan your stack of cards.
  3. In the app, find the option to Export to CSV and email/save the file to your computer.
  4. Go to your Vendor Dashboard and click Upload CSV.
  5. Drag and drop your file. Our system will automatically map the columns and import your inventory!

What about photos of the cards?

Scanning apps do not export the actual photos you took. They only export the data (Name, Set, Condition, Price).

For Bulk Inventory (95% of cards):
When you upload your CSV, our system automatically reads the card name and set, and fetches the official high-quality stock image from the Pokémon TCG database. Buyers are completely used to buying Near Mint / Lightly Played cards based on stock images and text conditions.

For Rare, Expensive, or Graded Cards:
If you have a $500 graded Charizard or a highly damaged card where the exact photo matters, you should use the Create Listing page. This allows you to manually create a specific listing and upload the exact photos from your camera roll.
